One patient was walking his dog and she is missing. Another wants to call his fiancee but decides not to go through with the wedding. Another dies with family around. Lots of firefighters. He's a paramedic injured trying to rescue a woman in a house/apartment fire. Pratt and Neela are along. The woman screams, "My baby!" and begs Neela to find him. Haleh's back, and Eve's not thrilled.
