(Very scary. Carbies will have fun with that shot.) Luka looks up. He looks angry. Neela and Abby look at someone/something. Ray working on some old guy. (Why won’t he leave?) VO: «ER remains television’s finest.» ( I think this can be heavily argued.) Luka is mad. He yells at Pratt. «You wanna get out, then get out!!!» Pratt throws his gloves in the air and leaves. VO: «Get ready for 6 all new episodes in a row.» Neela running. Carter in a trauma. Chen is in a bad mood (so what’s new) and says «Son of a....» Cut to Weaver banging her cane on a mayo stand during the drill thing mentioned in the spoilers. Dubenko doing CPR as Abby charges the paddles. Abby yells «Clear.» Neela walks out of an exam room. She looks a little down. Another sick shot of Carter and Abby all smiles while Carter holds someone’s baby. I don’t know if it is Cosmo or not. Looks too young to be Cosmo. The baby is crying. (And I don’t blame him/her. He/she has to look at Abby. Not the first thing you wanna see when you come into the world. Or wake up from a nap. Just not what you wanna see first thing.) Yet another shot of a trauma. Someone’s being moved onto a gurney. Carter tells Ray, in a firm tone, that «No one said this job was easy» as Ray argues. Luka, Sam, and Abby move Metcalf down the hall. And we see Abby as she shocks the same patient as before. (If he lives it’s Abby the hero. If he dies it’s Abby the ducklipped, whiney, pouting, crybaby. We can’t win, can we?) VO: «Including one of the most powerful hours in ER history. Ray Liotta in the performance of a lifetime.» Pratt is crying. He looks away from the camera. We see Charlie Metcalf. Man he looks rough. Sam, Luka, and Pratt working on Metcalf. Charlie, looking at the camera, rasps «I’m so sorry.» Looks like he’s about to die. VO: «All new episodes begin next Thursday on NBC.» I love the way Sam has her hair in this episode. I wish they would let her wear it up more often. It also looks like the curl is almost gone. NW *finally* got a hair cut. He looks like he did in season 9.

A school bully out of control.» Gunshot boy comes in. Carter looks at his x-rays. More shots of kid and people working on him. Carter asks «He shot you at school?» Gunshot boy nods. VO: «And a custody fight goes over the line.» Luka and Steve are outside. Luka approaches Steve and says «He’s not going anywhere with you.» Cut to Steve throwing a punch at Luka. Luka blocks it and then we see Luka grab Steve and throw him against his car. (I think Luka may punch back but they didn’t show it.) He throws Steve down hard and it looks like he does this more than once. We hear a voice over of Alex calling Luka’s name and sounding upset. Cut to a shocked and upset Alex looking at Luka in disbelief. VO: «Then two doctors seperated by war reunite.» Cue the dramatic piano music as Neela runs into Gallant’s open arms. He hugs her tight. Cut to Gallant talking to Neela. He says «I couldn’t leave without seeing you.» Cut to Neela crying. VO: «All new ER NBC next Thursday.»

Sorry it is so shoddy guys, I can’t remember what voice over guy was saying. I do know VOG only introduced the promo and capped it, there was no VO during the promo. The promo was a clips and seemed to be all Luka/Sam related. I almost forgot that my girl Neeela was going to be in this one, she was not in the promo at all. I am going to see if I can get a recording of it if our stupid station shows it again.

CTV promo is all about Carter, Susan saying goodbye, Sam giving him a peck on the cheek as she’s leaving in the morning, Luka getting all teary (and rather slashy, if only there were fanfic writers left for this series) and toasting at the party, much better promo, no squishface or ducklips in sight.
